Equi-Health Canada "Certified Safe" Facilities
The Certified Safe Facility program was launched by Equi-Health Canada and Equi-First Aid USA in October 2017. Facilities that are certified by EHC have met the following criteria:
1. They have hosted an EHC sanctioned Equine Health and Emergency First Aid clinic and have staff or volunteers onsite with current first aid certification.
2. They have hosted an EHC sanctioned Advanced Equine Emergency First Aid clinic and have staff or volunteers onsite with current advanced certification.
3. They have hosted an EHC sanctioned Disaster Planning and Emergency Preparedness clinic and have staff or volunteers onsite with current certification.
4. They have an ongoing relationship with Equi-Health Canada, remaining up-to-date on new health and emergency protocols, and host a minimum of 2 EHC sanctioned courses per year, with any currently certified Equi-Health Canada Instructor.
Facilities who meet this criteria are awarded an annual CERTIFIED SAFE certificate to hang on their facility wall, and will have their facility listed here with website link and contact information at no charge.
If you have hosted the above three courses in the past year, please contact us to have your facility added to the Certified Safe listings.
I want to have my facility certified:
CERTIFIED SAFE FACILITIES

Thermal Imaging Canada - Martensville, SK - ThermalImagingCanada.com -306-221-1299
Thermal Imaging can be extremely useful for determining changes in circulation (blood flow) to an area as the body begins to react to inflammation, infection, nerve damage - up to 2 weeks or more before there are signs of pain. Useful in improving performance of our equine athletes and we've even seen great results as part of the support team for rodeo bulls.
